CDM Co-ordinator Services

HCT Construction Consultants provide many clients with the service of CDM Co-ordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.

Our primary function in this role is to act as the Client’s key project advisor in respect of construction health and safety risk management, and manage the flow of health and safety information between clients, designers and contractors.

HCT Construction Consultants has the expertise and competence to carry out the coordination of the health and safety aspects of the design and planning process and are fully conversant with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
